She speaks fluent English and has a cheerful, kind disposition. Although Tess is very experienced, she always asks questions about our requests if she needs clarification, which avoids issues. Food →Tess is an exceptionally good cook of Western and Chinese dishes. She plans and organized delicious meals independently, working to a budget which she manages well.

Household management →diligent and thorough, she can organized her own cleaning/shopping schedule. She kept our large 3 bedroom apartment in excellent condition, and managed her time well to ensure all chores are done on time and to a great standard.

" We have found Teresa to be completely dependable, professional and responsible, carries out the household work from cleaning, cooking [good cook of both European and Asian dishes], childminding of 2 young kids [ 5 and 1 yr old] very good with young children, got a First Aid trained certificate when she look after the newborn baby and initiatives and can be trusted if the employer been away for overseas. We have left Teresa minding our home when we have been away on holidays and entrusted her to pay petty bills etc. without any issue. Teresa is easy to deal with, well mannered, works well under instruction, has good values and we would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone fortunate enough to hire her".
