She takes care of the children and manages all around household chores(cooking, cleaning, washing/ironing, marketing and petcare- small dog). Reason for transfer: Employer and family will go back in New Zealand for good.

#04 03/2016 - 06/2018: 2 yrs 3mons, with a British family of 2 adults and 1 child(14 yrs old) in a 5BR, 5T/B 2 storey Penthouse. She took care of the child and managed all around household chores(cooking, cleaning, washing/ironing, and marketing). Reason for transfer: The helper completed 2 yrs contract and the Employer relocated in Australia. "Norinda is a gentle soul with a wonderful sense of humour. She has strong family values and a very professional work ethic. Norinda is a hardworking person who takes delight in making her employers happy. Norinda took great care of our large 5 bedroomed, 4 bathroom apartment. She was very proactive and would always find things to do to keep the apartment clean, organised and tidy. We had numerous dinners and get togethers with friends and Norinda was always happy to help with this. Norinda was a great cook who was able and willing to follow the many meal plans that i gave her. She also made meals without my instructions which were always healthy and tasty. Norinda would oversee the household budget and do the majority of the shopping. Norinda was very aware of budgeting and i had full faith and confidence in her handling this. Norinda was AMAZING with our family dog Bella. Our dog is big and quite anxious but Norinda knew exactly how to handle her. She was extremely kind but firm when Bella needed her to be. Norinda would look after Bella and the apartment when we travelled, i had no concerns whatsoever that i was away from the apartment".

Reason for transfer: The helper finishing contract and decided not to renew contract because of insufficient food and no food allowance to be given.
